FLAX SEEDS HAIR MASK

Flax seeds or the Linum usitatissimum is also known as common flax or linseeds. These are small oil seeds that originated in the Middle East thousands of years ago and lately, they have gained popularity as a health food. This is because they are high in fiber and provide good amounts of protein. These seeds are rich in fat and one of the best plant-based sources of heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids.

Flax seeds contain soluble fiber, which may promote weight loss by reducing hunger and decreasing cravings to junk food. And it is believed that these also help to fight heart disease by lowering blood pressure, regulating blood cholesterol, and increasing your levels of heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids.

Apart from consuming, flax seeds can also be used externally to maintain your hair and skin and with this blog post, we will share how you can use this to make a hair mask for yourself at home.
