Choormi Laddu or Choormundo or Wheat Laddoos or Godhi Laddoos would easily be the easiest sweet to prepare, an easily melt-in-the-mouth sort of sweet and easy to digest or even burn for that matter; as it is a healthy snacking option.

INGREDIENTS
- Kasturi Wheat Flour: 1 cup
- Kasturi Sugar: 1 cup
- Ghee: 2 – 3 tbsps
- Cardamom pods: 2 nos (Powdered)
METHOD:
- Pour the ghee into the frying pan and roast the wheat flour with it till you can smell a beautiful aroma.
- Add Cardamom powder.
- Remove this from the flame.
- Powder the sugar and add it to the roasted flour.
- Shape small potions of this mixture into laddus by gently working with the flour in between your palms. You can use some ghee for this.
NOTE:
- You can also add some raisins to your Churmi Laddus. Use a teaspoon of ghee to fry raisins in a frying pan. Add this to the roasted wheat flour before making the Laddus.
- Besan Laddu can also be prepared using the same method. For which, you will need to use 11/2 cup of Kasturi Wheat Flour with 1/2 cup of Kasturi Besan (Bengal Gram Flour).
- If you are using readily available powdered sugar, you will need 2 cups of it for this set of measurements.
