There’s nothing like too much chocolate!! And there is no Christmas without cake!!

With today being Christmas eve, we sat down to bake some amazing Chocolate cakes!!

RECIPE CARD FOR CHOCOLATE CAKE:

INGREDIENTS:

• Maida: 1 Cup
• Refined Oil: 1/2 Cup
• Powdered sugar: 1/2 Cup
• Vanilla Essence (Optional): 1/2 Table Spoon
• Milk: 1/2 Cup
• Baking Powder: 1.5 Spoon
• Cocoa Powder: 2-3 spoons

METHOD:

Preparation of Batter:

• Take oil and sugar in a water and beat it.
• Add 1/4 cup of milk and mix it well.
• Add Maida and baking Powder.
• Add the remaining Milk and mix it well.
• Add coco powder to the above and mix it well.

Preparation of Cake:

• Pour the batter into a cake bowl.
• Keep the bowl in an oven for about 30 minutes.
• Your cake is ready to be served.
• Store in an air tight container.
