If Gulab Jamun has always been your favorite sweet, then you must try the Gulab Jamun Cake. Yes!! Having a baked version of your favorite sweet could be one of the best indulgences ever and to believe this, you must try it out!!

INGREDIENTS FOR GULAB JAMUN CAKE:
- Instant Gulab Jamun Mix 3/4th cup
- Kasturi Powdered Sugar 3/4th cup
- Kasturi Maida 3/4th cup
- Cardamom powder 1tsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Vegetable oil 1/4 cup
- Vanilla Essence 1tsp
- Rose essence (rose water) 1tsp
- Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
- Baking Soda 1/4 tsp
You can also add a half cup of milk powder and add a quarter cup of water in place of the cream.

PROCEDURE TO PREPARE GULAB JAMUN CAKE:
- Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 mins and simultaneously prepare the batter.
- Prepare the cake tin by greasing it with vegetable oil and dusting it with Maida.
- In a bowl, Sieve and sift all the dry ingredients
- In another bowl, take the powdered sugar, milk, cream, vegetable oil and mix well till the sugar dissolves.
- Add Vanilla essence and Rose water and mix well.
- Add the flour into the wet ingredients slowly and mix well.
- Add the Baking powder and Baking soda and mix it in.
- Bake the cake at 180°C for 10 minutes and 140°C for 30 minutes.
- Check for baked cake using the toothpick.
- Once baked, allow to cool and toss it over to de-mould the cake.
